Meet the Team!
We are an undergraduate research group at the University of Maryland in the Gemstone Honors College.
Overview
Our goal is to reduce food waste by developing or improving on an active packaging food system. We would like to create a biodegradable product, capable of manipulating the food structure for a potentially increased shelf life and therefore decreased waste likelihood.
